Summary

This website does not ask you for personal data. There are no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics service and no advertising or tracking technology. The only thing stored in your browser is your cookie choice.

What data is processed

Browsing the site does not create a user profile. MIRAI does not use that data to identify visitors or build profiles.

Third parties

Video and imagery shown on the site are served from the studio's own hosting. Outbound links to social platforms, such as the studio's Instagram profile, open on those platforms, where their own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding any personal data a controller holds about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Because this site collects no personal data and the contact details above are still pending publication, no request channel is stated here yet.

Changes

This policy will be updated whenever the site starts to process personal data, for example if analytics or a contact form are introduced.
